Nokuthula Ngwenya honoured with Special MD’s Award at Maksure’s Employee Awards Ceremony
Sandton – Maksure Risk Solutions (Maksure) customer service consultant, Nokuthula Ngwenya was among the biggest recipient at the Maksure’s Employee Awards Ceremony held at the prestigious Leonardo Hotel in Sandton on Thursday 1 April 2021.
Ngwenya was awarded the Special MD’s Award because she has an inspiring work ethic which is in line with all the company values.
“Today we hand over this special award to a lady that has inspired many of us. She joined our organisation in the Cleaning & Hygiene division and has displayed all our values of – passion, innovation, dynamism and service excellence in executing her duties. In 2019 we decided to sponsor her to take an insurance qualification which she passed with distinction. Today she serves in our customer service division focusing on our innovative Yellowcard product,” explained Mr. Simba Makwembere, Managing Director at Maksure Risk Solutions before handing over the award.
Speaking at the event, Mr Knighty Mawere, COO emphasised the point that Maksure as an organisation is ready to push boundaries taking along employees who operate within the company values as the organisation emerges as the number 1 broker in Africa.
