Rent-a-Cell captives are designed to assist medium sized clients that would like to participate in their own risk without initial capital injection into a cell captive. We typically insure risks that are uneconomic to insure such as buydown covers and uninsurable risks. Similar to a cell captive, a rent-a-cell captive allows our clients to have a direct access into the reinsurance market thus making their cover cost effective.
