Maksure has recruited Victor Shoniwa to further strengthen its analytics & actuarial capabilities across the group. Victor will collaborate and work closely with our colleagues in both treaty and facultative solutions as well as risk financing and actuarial consulting in order to enhance our continuous quest to provide endless possibilities and opportunities to enhance client value.

He most recently worked as Consulting Actuary at a leading Actuarial firm based in South Africa where he was instrumental in managing teams responsible for IAS19, IAS26 and GRAP25 valuations as well as both life and short terms pricing, product design and reserving. He is an active associate member of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) as well as CFA Institute. He is a multi-talented actuary who is currently finalising his CFA level 3 exams.
